Default Jato overheating

I finally fixed all of my probs on the Jato except one. It's already broken in also. It keeps overheating to like 300 degrees! Now I know this is a sign of too lean so I rich it up like 1/8 on the HSN. Keeps overheating. I did the pinch test a couple times and it just keeps dying without revving up the slightest bit. I am now afraid to turn it anymore. I turned it like a fourth of a turn in all. Is it the HSN that I'm supposed to be turning or the LSN? I just turn the HSN. Never touched the LSN... This problem is WiErD...[X(]
