wow hold on, you said you are turning it in?!?!?!??!?! NO NO NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! your suppose to turn it out like you are unscrewing a screw, HSN(fuel line plugs into) controls how much fuel goes into the the carb, the LSN(on the throttle body, near teh throttle linkage) controls how much fuel the carb puts into the engine, it also could be running backwards, check your one way bearing and ez-start motor connections, one of those could be on backwards, the weird engine sound is from running backwards most likely, unless you didnt break it in properly
