Default My Mini Ultra Stick

Hey all, I just finished this about 10 minutes ago. What do you think? It has the Park 400 inrunner brushless, Phoenix 25 ESC, Thunder Power 1900mAh li-po, and HS-55 servos. I have a couple of questions; first, what is that large hole in the bottom of the fuse? Did I get a reject or something? [X(] I was thinking to just patch it up with some mailing tape until I get some transparent red ultracote. Also, I had to add 14 grams of lead to the nose to make it balance. Is that OK or normal? Without the lead, I had to move the battery so far foreward that it was covering the speed control. Also, would the speed control be OK where I have it now? Thanks a million
