Brison's aren't known to be light. You will need to move much equipment to the rear of the plane for balance. Removing the foam aft of the CG will make the plane weaker and you may need to add tail weight so leaving it there at least initially would be a good idea. Mount the tank on the CG and use a smaller tank as you won't need as much gasoline as glow fuel to fly the same time. I would doubt if your weight goal would be reached.
