I have found the "DZ" throttle response to be more linear in nature. Unlike the "L" series, I have not seen the need to plot a custom throttle curve.

Another trait is the max low idle RPM characteristics. When transitioning from high to low, max low idle rpm is instant. Compared to the "Ls" I own, max low RPM may take a few seconds before it's achieved.
