I am afraid you will have to devise a way to operate this choke, using a steel, or a Kevlar cable and maybe a cable roller.
There is no other way to do it easily.

It will have to be incorporated into the model you are flying, so it will be safely operable from behind the engine.

If your engine can be started on a cold day, without using the choke, then you may be able to get along without building such a contraption.
