OK, I tried it out with the new motor and it does n't run any better, and it drains a 24mah battery in about 2 minutes. I know something is wrong but I can't figure out what it is. I have since modified the motor mount and have the centerline of the prop shaft just bellow the bottom of the boat. Part of the prop should be out of the water now so it should be able to turn up alot more. Any suggestions? Could it be something to do with the esc? Out of the water it turns up alot more than the stock motor but under a load it seams to turn about the same. Should I get a smaller prop? I have a 1.65"pitch, how small would I have to go?
