RE: Yet another choke question!!!
If I may interject. I have a MVVS 1.60 mounted inverted in a cowl. I attached a 4/40 wire to the choke control and let it hang out the bottom a bit. When I want to choke I stand BEHIND the prop push the rod up ( choke closed ) with my left hand and flip the prop with my right hand. It's a bit awkward but works very well - chokes it everytime. I wish I had a pic but my plane is 3000 miles away from me right now.
P.S. Attach the rod to the choke arm with a ball link so it moves freely and put a piece of fuel tubing over the rod so it doesn't cause any interference should it rub against any metal.
