ARF Covering Problem
[8D]I just finished a WM T-34 which was my first WM and was very nice just as I expected, but the covering on the fuselague had some wrinkles so I went to iron out the wrinkles as suggested and they just got worst. I punctured the covering to let any hot gas out but nothing worked. I've been building for 30 years, but I am out of ideas. Won't hurt the flying, but I looks ugly. Any ideas?
I am also started working on a Modeltech ME 109 .40 sized ARF. General workmanship seems ok, not in the same league with WM, but OK. Covering is very bad. Tried to iron out wrinkles and the covering just streched more. If I can't improve the covering job, I may just toss it out and not waste time on it. Any ideas?
I am not a neatnick, but I don't want to show up at the field with a plane that has 10" long 1/4" high wrinkles all over it. Probably 8 or 9 total.
