im not sure where to begin with you ....and i dont mean that sound rude....my best advice to you would go to your local hobbyshop or better yet a track a get some help...new motors require a break in procedure that must be used .....it should all be in the manual if not then call cen and ask themto mail you better instructions for breaking in your new motor.....
