Default RE: Knife edge on the deck!

ORIGINAL: 3Dn It

On your flat turns try to find the sweet spot for the speed. Sounds like the plane has a small tip stall so you
can try to speed it up just a bit or slow it down like in a harrer keeping your wings leval in the turn.

I have had almost every foamie exept the super. Let me know how how you do.

Good luck..........practice the crap out of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry I didn't get right back to you...

I figured it was the speed thing along with my set up, but I guess I was concentrating to much on going SLOW through the entire turn. So What I did today was, enter into the turn slower then accel on through the turn. Then power back down upon exiting the turn. As to where before I was just trying to maintain a consistently slower speed through out. Thanks for the insight

Yea I know YNOT, 8 feet isn't on the DECK [:'(] but it was my first attempt on lowering this maneuver. So needless to say I was impressed with myself.

NO WIND conditions again this morning, man, 32 minutes of "NO WIND" flying time. I'm doing nothing but practicing 3D and lovin it [8D]

I am a long time r/c pilot, but VERY new to 3D flying... BUT TODAY!!! I got it (knife edge) down to TWO FEET above the ground/deck [:-]

I just can't believe how SLOW it does a knife edge [>:] It's almost is if it's on a string or something
