I just got the Goldberg Pitts Model 12 also. I thought about the KMP, but couldnt see paying the big difference in price.

engine- 1.08 - 1.20 2S

I got my CG Pitts for $370 out the door from my LHS, but even if I didnt get a discount, I still would have picked it over the KMP. A glass fuselage, 5 inches more length and 3.4 inches more wing just isnt worth an extra $70.00 to me.
