I was planning to maybe keep my current trainer, trimming down the 73" wing span and make it a clipped wing. But even if I do not keep the plane I am not crazy about the performance of the Tiger .60 engine so I am going to get something else on a trade maybe towards a .40 or .46 size.

So with this in mind I am guessing you would vote for the Goldberg Tiger II .40 size.
