Was there anything that lead up to this problem? How long did it run right before this happened (if at all)? Did you smack something right before this started happening? Does it make any unusual noises? Have you cleaned out the motor with spray and made sure none of the wheels are binding? (Sorry for all of the questions but there are many things that could cause this.)
