I'm afraid your motor is toast - if you got it at a local shop take it back - they should replace the motor or replace the car for you. If you got it online write or call - it should be the same results. If they offer you a replacement motor push for a decent one - a Reedy Quad Mag perhaps - it is far superior and more reliable.
