Bubbagates,
Thanks that was a big help, i am going to that site right now. I was thinking about the mini edge, and also the flatouts as well, but didn't know if my skill level could handle them. But i will check them out and do a litle research. Can i get an electric with flightpak and motor and everything needed for under 230?
Any one of the flatouts will come in under that price even if you purchase the upgraded rimfire motor and matching ESC. I think Tower Hobbies offers them as a package deal. They are really nice first foamies and use no tape to go together. BUT the 8 hours they say to assemble them is way off. It took me about 14 - 15 hours to do the Cap580 I have and also the Flatana. They do not take allot of abuse but do hold up well under hard flying
I got both of mine and the all the stuff to go with them at cost so I cannot quote a price range
I really would go with the flatouts. The edge and Funtana are somewhat twitchy (I own both, 2 different flatouts, OMP Edge)
BTW Check out Ohio Model Products (OMP). They ahve the buddy series planes and they can be had for around your price range complete BUT they are not foam, they are very light weight balsa and can break easily, but they fly very nice
