Ah ha ! another crazy!
The engine in my AH 100 was originally slated for a Crackerbox class boat - built by Don West of American Fork Utah - his boat Playboy was a real contender -
The list could go on - -I ran a Jimmy blower on an Olds on the street when I was 18 --that was a real blast - it constantly blasted pistons - but it ran hard -then a ford/Chev - gasser trophy winner -
I screw around with the two strokes now - they are fun - the exhaust systems I have been using really wake em up -
DA is also playing with GOOD exhaust systems -- but it will be a while -I am sure -- before this stuff catches on --to the public in general -
My 5.0 Volvo passes emissions legally! The engine is just a tuned HO.
you plug in the car vin - hit v8- enter - and it reads out a very nice - low emission printout.
I have a single 2.5 " exhaust inc a cat converter - but the sound is still, unmistakable --
In Cal I think they have a emission requirement also - for all aftermarket stuff-
i sure hope some tree hugger does not decide our models are too nasty for the enviroment.
can you imagine trying to pass an emissions check on a tuned exhaust two stroker?
