The DA 100 is the same width as the 3W 100 and yes you have to slot both sides of the cowl for the plug leads. Took me only 2 minutes extra to acomplish this task for my 3W the bottom of this cowl has to be opened up no matter what Engine you use. Food for thought (Take Offs are!! optional Landing aren't!!!!)
