It's my favorite among the 19 turn motors - it's got good speed and good torque. As for how fast it will go - that will depend on how you gear it. You should read SkrapIron's sticky about gear ratios to see how to best gear it. To get more top speed you can overgear a bit but you'll lose some acceleration for it. If you overgear too much you'll overheat the motor and the ESC so keep an eye on the heat when you are playing with gear ratios.
