servos are very glitchy and my engne wont start, it isnt flooded, checked, charged up my glow plug ignitor so it aint that

any one got any ideas what could be wrong?

made a vid of the servos glitchin, the body damage of the crash it had just before xmas(need new parts lol) and trying to start the engine
