Hi there. I bought the tiger for my son for xmas and the turret and gun didnt work. I took the transmitter apart and forund that the connections that connect the stick output to the electrics werent touching. A few minutes later and his tank works lovely. Funny thing was that mine wouldnt turn. Same problem.
