Since you've taken the trouble to make your own mast and spars, I'd suggest you keep the weight, of everything that goes on the mast, as low as possible, to benefit from the lightweight mast.

On my Voyager the carbon mast has a plastic mastcrane and chainplate for the jib stay and side stays, glued into a tiny hole with CA.
