I sent the brand new CEN radio in for replacement but 3 Weeks later, still no radio.
Called CEN and they said it's on its way but no tracking info was given.

The CEN 30 warranty has expired and I don't even have the chance to start the car.
So will CEN replace bad parts or I am on my own?
