Hello all,

2nd:
The reason I am an EX modeller is as follows.(Sorry about all the B.S. but some of you guys need to remember why you do this)
In a sport that struggles to gain popularity, where the amazing experience that is, aeromodelling, first grips you and then drags you into it's exciting realm, I find there is nothing more dissapointing than to eventually see the dark side of this sport.
I was completely obsessed with model aircraft for around 15 years, the later part of which I decided to get more involved by occupying different positions in my club. It was in these last 5 years that I lost the love for this wonderful sport. I was suddenly thrown into a weekend of bickering, snide remarks and back-stabbing which eventually stopped me from enjoying what I was doing. You're all here because you have a passion for something, JETS, don't worry so much about what the other guy is doing or how he may have something better than you, don't lose the memory of your first solo, loop, jet or comp. This is your time to do something you enjoy. God knows we all work hard enough to deserve it.
So, ENJOY it and if enjoying it means you have to give **** to another person, then you are a threat to the future of aeromodelling and quite possibly a general pain in the ass. How can you expect new people to be enthusiastic in a sport when they hear (or read. Power of the internet) all this *****ing.
Well I could go on (*****ing) but I think i've made my point.
Relax and most of all, ENJOY.
P.S. My intentions are not to insult anyone at all. Sorry if I have.
Kind regards for Christmas and may all your stockings be full of retracts and Zap and Dubro and O.S. and J.R. and Futaba and and and and......
Hear, Hear! Having Been , And AM a club officer I know from where you are comming from!
Sorry to hear you lost interest in planes tho, Try it again, and forget those other J****.
