yea you pretty much broke the biggest rule of flying rc helis. You not only left it there with no tx on, but you could have injured others around you. Manual does say this is not a toy and it can cause damage to yourself and others.
First thing you should do is read the manual. If that doesn't help take it back to the place you bought it at. Hopefully it's hobbypeople, because i know EF's are the only electric heli they sell. Ask them nicely to help you out. They should have no problem with that. They even helped me out, even though my heli didn't come from their store, or their company
