well they definately dont turn 360 degrees because that would never work and would be pointless... im not sure the degrees that they move but the specs in the description f them will tell you...
mr. wolf was very generous and sent me several pics of his tray and also sent a printout of the pieces he used, so all i have to do was get the basswood, trace, and cut!
