you can do this but you can not trim the elevators once you do this (basically 1 will trim while the other stays at 1 point, its a really wierd mix).
get an 8 channel like hitec supereme and you won't have any problems.
That is incorrect. In the 9C, you can change the channels in the mix - which one is master, which one is slave. In the 9C, trims ARE slaved in the dual elevator mix. In the 7C, they are not.
With a 6 ch. receiver however, you will have to run the Y on the ailerons.
