The engine will have more power than any of the 100s. ANY. It will weigh 1.5 lbs more, but that is really a non issue with the BME ultimate. It can take a couple extra pounds fine. I say try it.
Try 2.5+lbs heavier than the lightest 100cc engine and it doesn't matter if the plane can take it or not, it can't fly better than a 2.5lb lighter version of the same plane.
Besides, maybe some of the other manufacturers are comming out with
lighter and more
powerfull versions of there engines too. Time will tell.
