I think the most important thing is to be able to use an actual transmitter.......if you can get the tx interface for FMS as Tattoo mentioned, then definitely go with FMS instead of paying $200 for G2 if you're only interested in learning to fly........on the other hand, G2 is very fun....even long after you've learned how to fly.....one of my favorite features is the ability to fly with others online via the Multiplayer mode.
