Top Flite P-40 CG position?
Hi guys,
My TF P40E is tail heavy. Neaded 3 oz lead in tail. With lead its CG is 3/4" ahead to indicated in plans, but flies perfectly with OS 91FS.
Total weight 8 lbs (heavy balsa replaced with competition grade) Wonder why 120 engine is normally preferred? Should be much too much nose heavy???!!! All I heard so far,like tip stalls, nose tipping etc does not take place??!!.
