If the CG is 3/4" ahead of the location indicated in the plans, the plane is considered to be nose heavy and would require weight to be added to the tail to get the CG to the indicated point. You say your plane flies perfectly. Most planes will fly more stable with the CG moved forward, and more responsive with the CG moved back.
