Any more where that came from? As for your aileron servos, it really should not matter as long as you have a straight shot to the aileron without binding, and with no slop. Having the wheel/arm inside, may cause it to bind when deflected up. Having the wheel/arm stick out will make your pre flight checks easier. I vote to have them stick out. Good luck.
