Well as some of you know and some of you dont...my brand new ATX blew the stock engine after only 1 gallon.
I ordered the replacement parts which will be here in a few days...but I was challenged by a hobby shop owner to race his nitro so he could make my CEN look bad...After many long hours of debate and deep thought...I have decided the world would be a better place if I built some power into my MT2 and taught this guy a lesson!
SO...
To aviod any more confusion with you guys...I have ordered ALL of the upgrade parts for the ATX and the proper pinions and spurrs to convert the ATX to an MT2...Proline Moab tires too
I also bought a new-era roll cage.
These parts should all arrive in a week or two....he he he
SO...now I need power.
You guys were recommending me the OS.18CV-RX engine. (BTW..what does OS mean???)
Not a bad looking engine...I can grab it for 100 bucks US and have it in a few days.
Does EVERYONE think this is a good engine.
I found this on NewEra web site...
A .28 OH BABY!
Can the stock CEN take this kind of power? I want to upgrade the engine but I dont want to start messing with parts breaking CONSTANTLY!!! Should I even mess with engines this size?
Let me know guys!
Will the .18 be fast enough? How much breakage can I expect with each engine?
Tnkx for the info guys...this site is wikkid!
