good luck man - the last time i rang them from the UK, i got a far eastern woman who could barely speak comprehensible english... frustrating when they are quoting a part number back to u and u cant understand what they are saying... eventually she gave me "Kens" email - yes he ignored me.
Well, I can try.
I'm not going to just go away, and I'm capable or getting very vindictive when someone has done me wrong.
Quite simply, this isn’t good enough.
The Truck is great, but it has some problems that need to be addressed.
The Service (or lack of) SUCKS!!!
You hear that CEN???
You want people to deal directly with the manufacturer (or at least that’s what the supplier states) but you refuse to answer emails regarding problems with your product! This is a warranty situation, and I'm getting pissed with the lack of response.
You don’t even acknowledge receiving my emails!
At this point, I wont be buying a CEN ever again, and unless this is resolved pronto, I'll make sure everyone I know knows about my experience with your lack of service, and incomplete parts when ordered!

If necessary, I'll setup a new website bagging CEN, build it search engine friendly and heavily promote it (that’s one of the things I do for a living, so its not much effort for me)
ANSWER MY EMAILS CEN!!!
Seriously, if someone from CEN reads this, please respond. I really dont want this to get ugly.
