Bootmachine... Myself and others have been running the os 18 for quite some time with little or no problems.. Any breakage I have has been a result of driver error more than engine strength... I will tell you, there is not much out there that will beat the mt2 with this conversion.. I have run against alot of trucks, all modified and the cen usually beats them... Stability is the real issue here... The truck doesn't handle well at 50+mph...
Like Poor judgement said... The engine has alot more snap.... I didn't change the pipe or the manifold, but I did port the engine a bit and opened the manifold to allow better breathing.... Will pull the wheelies now if I can get traction but the acceleration is wild... Takes off faster than my Kyosho buggy with the big block...
