I e-mailed them yesterday and they replayed 1h later. So for me the service has been great every time I e-mailed them.
But They need to do something about GS028 it's to weak!!!
Sorry to hear your problems raptor 67 I understand why you are angry at CEN I also should have been very angry with them. It's not very difficult to replay a customs e-mail. It's their jobs to that. With out us they will not exist.
So I hope you get them help you need, if not I don't know if I want to buy a product from them again.
