I flew my turmoil on a TT 730 pack stock brushed for maybe ten flights before it was creamed. I ended up loosing my speed control with it. When I looked up the prices to replacing it, I foung that the ss12 brushless was the same price as my brushed speed control.($35) So in the end, I would only have to spend $40-50 for a brushless motor more than I would be spending for everything else.
