I agree with G4 Guy.

Basically Lockheed tried to re use the T33 airframe by building a low cost trainer based on the wing as much as anything I think, as he said with the two engines at the back. It didn't sell and was dropped, but I remember coming across this when researching my T33 but can't remember where!!!
