Default RE: diffs & weight reduction

I put the Nova one on and it seemed to be hotter then the original. This is normal right? since it is getting rid of more heat then the stock one. The temp at the glow plug was running about 250-275, so I riched it up a little to get below 250. Might have been do to new terrain and opening it up more. I too have heard about the changing the diff for the torque steer, there is another thread in here but dont have the link to it. My buddies torque steer is worse then mine, and am thinking about adjusting the servo saver for him, but am not definitely sure how and what to do.

Here is what I think I need to do and correct me if I am wrong.

Measure from the bottom of the skid plate to the top of the nut, and do not go more then 5.5 mm, or you have a chance to break it. Is this the right way?

I was thinking about putting 10W in the front diff 30W in center without lock and 10W in rear.
