I put three streamers on the tail of my Flatana about 4 months ago when I was still learing 3D (I still am, but I can at least get a rock solid hover and torque roll now.) It made it so much easier to hover, just cause it would pull on the tail and keep it nose up. Didn't effect the rest of the flight performance any. Just be sure that they're not long enough to catch the prop. One on the elevator did during a tail slide and chopped the elevator off on that side.
