Hi Lee,

I am sorry if I misunderstood you, if you are not able to use the Up or Down mode keys to toggle through the different menus, then this needs to be sent into us if you decide to do this. You can check out our flat rate fees and print out a "return for service" form at our site on:

Thanks for the suggestions. I didn't describe the problem exactly (or it is doing something slightly different today). Pushing both MODE keys, or pushing either one, causes the standard display (with battery level) to toggle the display to the ATV screen. But, pushing the DOWN key returns display to the startup screen. All I can do is get the display to toggle between these two screens.

I am sure the transmitter has a real problem. Will try to decide if it is worth pursuing getting it repaired.
