OK, this is what I found from Kinkos:

The Boxer 120 comes on 6x 30"x42" sheets and would cost $52.50 to copy the set.

The Boxer 60 comes on 7x 24"x35" sheets and would cost $41 to copy the set.

Add price for a tube and to ship in the US, about $10-12 I would guess. Also, note that the construction method requires laminating these template sheets to the balsa and the original plans supplied are on tracing paper. I don't think that reg paper would be a problem. Also, with some thought and savy building one may be able to eliminate the paper all together.

Also, please note that I am really not keen on doing this, as I hope, like most of you, that someone will resurect the design and continue to offer plans in Gus' memory. It's a wonderful airplane!
