Hi gentlemen

I will race with 1/8 buggy on road, unfortunately, I don't have on- road tires for the time being …. Can I temporally use the tires in the attached picture on- road until buying on-road tiers to it will perform too bad

Please…Another question… I minimized the distance between chassis and ground to get maximum stability …. Then Should I leave the upper arms angled for the front and back with lower arm or I should adjusted to be parallel to the lower arm. Also what other adjustment should be done after down the chassis… I already fixed hard springs and filled the shocks with 500 silicon oil.
