mjs....your comments are very interesting. i am currently building my own kavan partenavia and now i am not sure whether to adjust my main gear backwards now (to save trouble later on in case i get same problem as you) OR to just follow the instructions as per the manual.

after you finished building your plane, where was the CG (according to the manual, it think it should be on the wing spar)? and where was the CG AFTER you shifted your gears backwards?

please, i'd really appreciate your comments (or any other tips) on this one. it may save me a lot of grief later on.
