Default Hitec Servos

Ditto on all of the positive Hitec comments.

I use Hitec servos exclusively on my Quickies and Q40's. I have standardized on the following config:

HS-225BB
Quickie (Webra Q engine) ailerons
Q40 elevator and ailerons

HS-85BB
Quickie (Webra Q engine) one on each V-tail elevator and shut off
Q40 rudder and shut off

The HS-85 has a ball bearing where the HS-81 does not.

With this strategy, I only have to stock two types of servos for all my racers. Can easily swap servos in and out as needed. All with nylon gears. Excellent service, fast and cheap ($0.00)

Another good source is Servo City
Very good prices and free shipping in many cases.
