Bill for you lithium ion/polymer guys its 67 oz/in but for us NiCad 4.8 rable its always been 55 oz/in.

I once tried HS-85's at 42/49 on everything but that turned out to be a bad idea due to the two screw mount arrangement causing excessive servo rocking, particularly on ailerons.
