Yes you can land any plane with no foward movement. Even moving backwards.

But you have to grab the plane with the engine running or the wind can and has flipped them if you forget and chop the power to idle.

High winds need throttle till the plane is in someones hand on smooth stuff. Grass, you can get away with idle most of the time.
