I had the same problem too. Basicly sanded down the inside of the flap at the same angle of the boom. There is plenty of areopoxy in that area so you shouldn,t burn through. About 40 flights so far and don't see any concerns. Hope this helps.
Ditto, had the same EXACT thing on the same wing in the same area. A little sanding and all is fine, no problems. I also saw the same situation on another local Comp. BC, so it's probably a fixture issue in production, but not a problem to be concerned about.
