Everytime I stand infront of a CFM-56 when strating it up after maintenance, the thought of getting sucked into the engine always runs through my head....even when standing at a safe distance. Looking into the rotating blades, and feeling the engine ignite as it spools up is kinda awesome.

If you spit into the engine while running, its amazing to see how fast it accelerates once near to the intake......dont want to stand there!
