With the tank close to the engine you will have good fuel draw if you restrict the pitts muffler some. The Perry will not eliminate deadsticks with this engine. When you do this you are working around the problem, which I believe to be the carb. I spent the money on the Perry and I only complicated things more. Instead of just having the carb to try and adjust you will have a pump that you will try to adjust also. Good luck!! I would go with one of the carb replacements that others have mentioned. Jett, OS7D, Magnum etc. Why not just buy a Saito and be done with it.
